12-month minimum commitment
StaiOS is an integration, not a subscription you flip on and off. A 12-month term gives both sides room to configure properly, train staff, and measure real results. Billing stays per month within the term.
Setup scoped per deployment
Setup fee depends on your stack: on-premises vs cloud, integration depth (Apaleo, Odoo, other PMS), and which modules you activate. No two hotels are identical, so we quote it after we understand your deployment. Contact us for a scope.
Optional: on-premises hardware
If you choose on-premises hosting, local servers and network equipment are a separate line item — we can recommend the spec. Cloud deployments have no hardware requirement: we host everything on European servers.
